Are you a Mental Health Professional (a MACP Student, a Registered Psychotherapist - Qualifying , or a mental health professional/student) looking for supervision?
I would be delighted to be part of your journey in finding the right clinical supervisor. A strong supervisory relationship can make all the difference, so I invite you to connect for a more personalized conversation.
Supervision can take many forms, depending on your goals. Whether you're looking for support with a particular modality, navigating specific client issues (see below for areas of focus), or hoping to refine and deepen your clinical style, I'm here to support you.
I also take a holistic approach—so if you're interested in exploring your personal growth as a therapist, including examining biases, values, and challenges, that’s very much part of the process we can engage in together.
If you're curious about whether we’d be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be happy to explore how we can work together in a way that supports your development and confidence as a clinician.

I've been dedicated to providing comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals across various private practices, spanning both for-profit and non-profit sectors. My approach integrates a diverse range of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness techniques, narrative therapy, anti-oppressive frameworks, trauma-informed practices, and psychodynamic approaches. In my practice, I prioritize collaboration and holistic care, frequently liaising with psychiatrists, elders, and other crucial figures within my clients' support networks. Additionally, I adhere to a measurement-based care model, ensuring that interventions are not only evidence-based but also tailored to meet the unique needs and progress of each individual.
As a contracted therapist within the school board, I've provided therapy to students from elementary, intermediate, high school as well as alternative and Indigenous based schools. I've developed a suicide and crisis protocol for the school board and created a DTB-A course for at-risk students to learn coping strategies while earning a high school credit. Additionally, I've enhanced clinical processes and administrative efficiency by implementing measurement-based care practices. My goal is to foster a resilient school environment where every student can thrive emotionally and academically.
I have experience in providing specialized psychotherapy to both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric patients, offering individualized support to meet their unique needs. Collaborating with fellow professionals, I co-led therapy groups including DBT, CBT, and transdiagnostic interventions, fostering a nurturing space for patients' growth and development. Furthermore, I played an integral role in aiding in conducting psychological assessments, enriching our understanding and enhancing the effectiveness of treatment strategies.
The CRPO outlines a set of criteria for supervisors, all of which I not only meet but also surpass.
